Plate XIII — Exchange Rate (the Bar Light Binary)
$8.49
Observing note
Set at a rate neither party agreed to, the Bar Light pair swap brightness every eleven and a third nights, each one borrowing a little more from the other than it returns. The observer's note on the plate reads simply: every favour comes with interest. A southern summer object, best seen across the rim of a glass from a hotel roof somewhere humid.
